Claudia
Medical Assistant
Like her favorite superhero, Wonder Woman, Claudia is a dependable and adaptable medical assistant who knows how to make her patients feel at home. Originally from Chihuahua, Mexico, Claudia is bilingual, and her happy smile makes all of our patients feel comfortable during treatment. Outside of work, Claudia loves to shop, and her life motto is “Life is precious. Live it, don’t waste it!”
Shelby
Receptionist
She may say she is #AlwaysTired, but Shelby is so good at what she does, it never shows! As one of our receptionists, she greets patients with a smile for every appointment, and her willingness to help whenever help is needed never goes unnoticed. In her free time, Shelby enjoys gardening, relaxing at home with her fiance, and taking care of animals at the local animal rescue.
Sally
Office Manager
Where would we be without Sally holding us together? Sally has been our incredible Office Manager for under a year, but in that time, we’ve come to depend on her for all the comings and goings around the practice. When she isn’t keeping the office in line, Sally likes to spend time with her family and fur babies or supporting the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, a cause close to her heart.
Laurel
Receptionist
You’ll recognize Laurel’s smiling face as one of the receptionists who welcomes patients at every appointment. She’s always willing to learn new things, and it shows in every aspect of her life. In fact, her goal for the upcoming year is to read 150 books – that’s impressive! After hours, Laurel enjoys reading, napping, spending time with her family, going to Grizzlies games, and volunteering at local ministry supporting schools in the area.
Alysse
Medical Assistant
For over two years, Alysse has been an integral part of the Dermatology Realm team. As an excellent communicator, Alysse brings transparency and comfort to all of her patient interactions. She’s a hard worker, and is working her way to nursing school in the next year! When she isn’t taking care of patients, she enjoys hanging out with her kids, nieces, and nephews or speaking out about gun violence.
Sheena
Medical Assistant
“Life is what you make it,” is Sheena’s motto! As one of our medical assistants, Sheena uses this superwoman mentality to bring positivity and reliability to our office. She loves to sing, cook, and do hair during her free time, but she will be the first to tell you that her main goal is to make our patients look and feel good about themselves.
Sharmaine
Medical Assistant
If there’s something to know about Sharmaine, it’s that she brings a light to every room she walks into. Her cheerful, humble nature and team-player attitude are what we love most about our Medical Assistant, and our patients feel the same! When she’s not taking care of our team, she’s relaxing and spending time with her family.
Ainsley
Insurance & Billing Manager
As one of our longest-running team members, Ainsley has been with us for 13 years! She lives by the quote “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me,” and she gives her all each and every day to put patients at ease. Outside of the office, Ainsley likes to spend time with her husband Randy and kids Ammie and Cal.
Jan
Nurse Manager
For 15 years, Jan has been a nurse and nurse manager for our practice, and we don’t know what we’d do without her! She relates most to Superwoman because she always puts her all into everything she does – and we can attest to that! When she isn’t taking care of patients, Jan loves to spend time crafting, spending time with her 3 daughters, and enjoying the outdoors.
